6 weeks from the date my device was confirmed as delivered and I still haven't been paid, I have been told that my case has been escalated for the last three weeks and the same again today.
I wouldn't have had a problem with a one week delay or even two weeks can be understood but 6 weeks is just ridiculous.
After raising again with their customer service department after being told on Tuesday I will have an update tomorrow and still nothing I have informed them that I genuinely do not believe that Smart Cellular has any intention of paying me for my device and I'm now having to consider small claims court.
absolutely abysmal experience would not recommend to anyone.
