Paid deposit after agreeing dates for my item to be collected delivered, I was then told he can do the dates and decided to reschedule collection and delivery. I stated this wasn't what we agreed, so I told him that's unacceptable. Had all forms to complete to gain my deposit back. Totally time waster, I wont use shiply or this courier again ever. Good luck If you do.
