I order from outside the UK to a EU country. Although provided with a tracking number, I was not able to follow my order as the order status was constantly the same up to the day the order was delivered to my country. There, with the local provider, I was easily able to redirect it to a more convenient for that time address.
Everything was delivered as ordered. I haven't tried the product yet. It looks and feels good and I look forward to start working with it.
