You are always welcome to contact our customer service team at any time and we can get issues like this resolved very quickly for you. Hopefully you got the tracking details we sent to you on 24th January? According to that the courier tried to deliver to you twice already. We will email you separately with all the details so you have them. As there was no one in to take delivery they left notification for you that your package could be collected from the post office instead, again we'll send you more details. “This stuff is brilliant, used it to combine my drill and impact driver in one box, having the foam that was pre-cut to fit the dewalt tstak boxes was a godsend. After watching a few YouTube videos I found it quite easy to cut the foam, using a scalpel is a must.”
