Would give zero stars if possible. Booked for a service the following day, took my payment then called immediately to put the booking back a week, day before this someone called once on a number we couldn't ring back on (despite numerous attempts) and then morning of rearranged booking got a call to say it wasn't happening. Said it was because we didn't confirm the day before but we didn't know we had to and they admitted they were having a problem with their calling app.
Asked for a refund so we could book elsewhere and was told it would be up to ten working days and there was no one I could speak to about this or raise an official complaint with - just got told to use the chat function on the website!
Terrible service.
