I previously left a review and this site doesn't allow for editing or deleting of previous reviews left, therefore I am leaving another review with an update to the issue. Scan have rang me and apologise for the wrong information being given to me. They have remedied the issue and the free game is now listed on the page and I have received the code. The game codes gien with hardware is an automated procedure and the card should have been included but an error meant it wasn't. But this has been fixed now and I and all others will receive their free game code to. It being black friday is a fair enough excuse for things to go wrong but they were put right which is the main thing and an apology was given. My faith has been restored in Scan and even increased.
