Slow to review, we were asked to provide different information when we resubmitted, when we questioned this we were told 'Our Technical Support Officers (TSOs) don’t review the Industry Specific H&S Requirements section of the questionnaire as most of the information contained within it is of a more technical nature from a H&S point of view.' long confusing process
