Product is fine as had similar before. Was disappointed by Run and Become as the running shoes are a Xmas present for my spouse. I had specifically requested the shoes to be sent in plain packaging with no reference to source for obvious reasons. This request was ignored and now the present is no longer a surprise! Not the best customer service experience. Customers tend to vote with their feet! Shame as all other aspects of purchase was first class.
