I found Rubberduck’s customer service to be outstanding! We’re in the Scottish highlands, and had a lot of delivery delays and hiccups with other companies. I contacted Rubberduck and had a huge 2000mm shower tray delivered next day, with no extra delivery charge! (this wasn’t special treatment, it’s standard for them) I’ve made all subsequent purchases through them, and they have been high quality and faultless. A huge thank you to Rubberduck!
