“Having purchased many half zip micro fleece jumpers over the years, my latest purchase is a disappointment. Rather than having a distinctive feel, my latest purchase feels like an ordinary “polartec” style fleece.”

“I have bought several items of outdoor wear from Rohan over the years and have found them to be consistently good quality. The only gripe I have is with the delivery firm used when I had free delivery of an online purchase recently. It was impossible to track the parcel and I had to stay in all day, as I was not given a time slot, until it was finally delivered early evening! It was not the usual Royal Mail or DPD but Amazon something or other.”

“I've been wearing Rohan clothing for over 40 years and it's my go-to brand when it comes to nearly any type of clothing but especially adventure. Yes, it can initially seem expensive but they're made to last and the styling is sort of timeless although looking back at some of the 1980's colour choices perhaps that not quite true 🤣 So you can buy cheaper but it won't last like Rohan - which is why they can recycle their clothing to other people in need? My only gripe is that my local store (Bath) is so small they can't carry much stock so I really only use it for picking up on-line purchases.”

“What I find really frustrating is the constant changing of styes. I want to buy some more Highground trousers, but you have nothing like it at the moment. I used to buy On-Route, then Ranger. Similarly, I used to wear Microgrid Zip neck tops, but you started selling them only in very bright colours so now I wear Patagonia and Alpkit.”

“I am a long standing customer of Rohan; my wardrobe is full of Rohan clothes and accessories. Over the last couple of years you have stocked less items, in particular clothes which can be worn outside the hills, and the colours have been less than attractive. I have been disappointed with the choice of styles and colours.”

“I’ve been a fan of Rohan for over 20 years and I’m beginning to find a deterioration in various aspects. Quality has gone downhill and newer designs don’t work for me - Roamer trousers with a useless safe pocket for example !! Other brands are invading Rohan’smarket I’m afraid.”

“Terrible boots and poor support .I was given these boots as a present ..sfter 10 walks they delaminated the sole from the body of the boot ..this is a known problem ..google rohan boots fail ..i asked for help but as i have no reciept nohelp was available see pics”

This is of course never our intention. Kindly be advised, we have been in touch regarding the fact that these boots have not been carried in our range since 2012. Due to the age of these boots, we would put any damage down to wear and tear. We hope you can appreciate our position. Thank you for your time.
