I guess this is a tough one. The guitar was great although the pick guard is a little scratched which I didn’t expect from a new guitar. RM dispatched it quickly but the biggest issue I had was with TNT making it very difficult to get it as they don’t give tracking info and expect you to wait in til 6pm or take the day off work. I waited in for them to not knock the door. They said they left a card but didn’t and I ended up having to drive 90 mins the next day to collect from a distribution centre. For that reason I wouldn’t use RM again. Ditch TNT and I’d reconsider using RM but until then.
