Unfortunately my new frames had been damaged when the lab put the lenses in. I contacted Prevatoir and they were really apologetic and helpful. Jenny specifically took the issue seriously and went out of her way to oversee the return and replacement process. Whilst I was disappointed that my first pair had been damaged I was pleased with how well they responded and resolved the situation.
