AVOID ORDERING FROM PRESTIGE FLOWERS! The quality of flowers they send, really do not match what they post on their website. I felt shocked and insulted at the horrendously poor state of the flowers that were rammed inside a box, and then delivered late by Royal Mail. I paid a lot of money to receive just a few, very sad looking flowers, when compared to a photo of the same bouquet on their website, it looks offensively different. I really felt like I had been scammed. I also paid extra for "guaranteed delivery before 1pm", however they didn't arrive until after 4pm. When I submitted my reasonable complaint to their customer service, I learned that they take no accountability for their poor quality of service and offer no late delivery refunds. Save your money and buy a cheaper bunch of flowers from ASDA. Supermarket flowers really do look so much nicer than what this dodgy company throws at you. I'm putting this disappointment down to experience Best wishes.

It was my birthday on Wednesday the 20th November my son lives in Dubai and ordered me some flowers from you . They arrived 1 day late he was so upset he had ordered them in plenty of time . When they turned up on the Thursday they was absolutely wet through the lilies were dead there was 6 roses I placed them in a glass Thursday when they arrived hoping for the best but sadly Friday I put them in the bin they were dead absolutely shocking was so upset that I had to tell my son how bad they was when he had gone to the effert of sorting them out for a surprise for my birthday 😞

Very easy, found exactly what I was looking for, managed to write a note and request the best date for delivery. Hopefully the flowers look as good as the photo.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. My Daughter lost a baby and I live many miles from her so wanted to send flowers to let her know how much I love her. They didn’t show up, next day they didn’t show up and the next day I get an email (supposedly) from Royal Mail to say property was inaccessible. It truly is not and the earlier parcel delivery driver that came that same day had no problems at all. In fact, he delivers most days to that address. What about leaving with a neighbour or texting the poor customer whose money you’ve just taken and letting them know? I am angry beyond words and will never use or recommend this company again. Their customer service was an impersonal and patronising email only. Do not use this company and it looks like I’m not alone in that thought. Wish I’d read the reviews first, but in times of stress and worry and just trying to do something good for someone…who has time to do that? My lesson has well and truly be learned.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I tried to send flowers to my mother in the UK. (I am in Canada.) Not only has delivery been attempted 1, 2 & 3 days late but they have still not arrived. Apparently delivery was attempted and failed. I cannot give a different address other than the correct one!! This is a seniors home. The address is not complicated!! Very sadly, Prestige have not tried to help at all. My mother still didn't get any flowers for her birthday. I will never use Prestige again. Complete waste of money.

Waited the birthday flowers for yesterday 23 Nov but did not arrive. According to Royal Mail they will deliver 25 of Nov Monday. The flowers are not fresh anymore. How can I refund or reutrn.

Hopeless Customer Service. I should have listened to the bad reviews but I thought “that won’t happen to me”. Flowers arrived late and as Royal Mail, lied and stated they had attempted to deliver (they didn’t and I have doorbell footage for the day to prove it, although Prestige Flowers didn’t care) Prestige Flower Customer service refused to acknowledge the issue and ignored my concerns. I’m now have flower days late with no use for them. I can comment on the prestige of their flower but their customer service is definitely not prestige. I’m all the more disappointed as I subscribed to their annual deliver service, what a waste as I won’t be using them again.

Bought my wife some flowers from the website. Went large to make sure there were plenty of flowers and paid £45. Cant imagine what medium looks 3 of each maybe. Received the flowers on time and was really excited to see how they looked and what my wifes reaction would be like. As soon as my wife opened the box, there were only 6 roses which were starting to get dark and a few lilies. Could have gotten the same thing from lidle for £6. Absolutely disappointed on the presentation as well. As most of the reviews, should have read the reviews before purchasing flowers on here.

Arrived OK and on time, but I was annoyed by the quantity of roses delivered, but because the website did not describe how many "medium" was I really have no comeback. But most annoying is the fact they were delivered 2 days ago and 4 of the 12 roses are already dead. That's almost £15 worth of roses dead already! We've followed the care instructions but the flower petals have clear signs of disease. I am trying to upload photos, but the website isn't allowing it.

If I could rate zero start I would of done it. Very unprofessional and unhelpful staff. I had a delivery that meant to come. The order was made from a different country , they refused to help as the address was missing some specific details. They refused to assist when asking for the policy where is stating they cannot re schedule with the correct address or to provide a refund. Shame on how a customer from a different country was treated. I will never recommend their service

Awful website. Order has been ordered and paid for but has now shown up. Order does not exist on tracking and customer service has provided no advice. Very expensive service and not even able to deliver on time nor any idea if and when it will arrive???!!!

After reading some pretty terrible reviews, i instantly regretted ordering from this company, so I was extremely relieved when my mum messaged me this morning to say how delighted she was with the beautiful pink roses and get well card I sent her! They were delivered exactly on time and it great condition, even looks exactly like the photo on the website. Will definitely use again.

We received a bouquet of what I think were double lilies sent by friends on the death of my father in law. Very disappointing. Only one of the flowers even partially opened. The buds died on the stems before opening. I put the lilies in a vase with fresh water and the flower food when they arrived so I don't think I did anything wrong. The card which came with the lilies was cheap and flimsy. It wasn't specific for bereavement (it said just for you on the front). It was clearly pulled off a roll as it had perforations along the bottom and it was more paper than card. Repeat disappointing :( You could get a bouquet of lilies in the supermarket for £15/20. I know these are double, but what's the point if they die before opening!??

Ordered next day delivery flowers for my mum for the anniversary of my dad's passing. The flowers did not arrive on the daybthey were suppose, nor the day after. It's 11am on the third day after they were suppose to arrive and all I get from customer service "we are sorry for your frustration, but we won't do anything else". The flowers won't be arriving today either as today they are going to be sent to the local delivery depo from Nottingham. So they will be delivered Monday. If you aren't going to guarantee Next Delivery, do not offer it, do not make me pay extra for a service you fob off onto a third party so it's "not your problem"

Was not impressed with the quality of the flowers at all, they had already started to darken when my wife received them, not the happy experience I hoped for - chocolates were greatly but the flowers were meant to be the star of the show and sadly they were not.

The ordering process was very efficient, as was the delivery. That's the best I can say. And I notice that's how you rate yourselves - based on the timeliness of the delivery, not on the quality of what's delivered. I ordered the medium sized Rose and Lily arrangement from Australia for family in Scotland on the occasion of my sister in law's death. I wanted to send something uplifting and special. I sent three bouquets. One of the families sent a thank you note and a picture of the flowers that were delivered. What I ordered and what was delivered was very different. What was delivered was very disappointing and embarrassing actually. I am including photographs of what I ordered and what was delivered. You may pride yourselves on delivering happiness. Unfortunately you have failed at a sad time for our family. I am so exhausted from fighting on line companies around poor service. You are just another disappointing example.

Prestige Flowers provide an excellent service time after time. Even when there has been a problem or issue of the order or flowers their customer service has always dealt with it promptly and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for placing an order with them.
