Terrible Service – Missed Delivery on Special Occasion
I selected a nominated delivery date of Saturday, yet the flowers still haven’t been received by the recipient. The tracking information shows them as "in transit," even though they were supposed to be delivered already. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a time-sensitive gift.
If you can’t deliver on the date promised, don’t offer the option in the first place! I paid for a specific day, and now the moment is ruined. Avoid this company if you actually want your flowers to arrive on time!
