Due to a difficult siting of the charger I have required some technical support and guidance. Although this has been available it has not been easily accessable at times. The engineer (Craig) who attended this morning was extreamly polite, very professional, tidy and ran through everything that he was doing including his final testing and how to use the device. Very commendable. To sumerize, the experience has been a bit lacking to start with and I have been unable to actually speak with the assigned project manager. For customers who do not know how this installation will work, having someone to speak with and guide them through the process would be helpfull.
