“I just purchased a Pod Point which was delivered one week ago and after using it for a few days it broke and upon contacting Pod Point which is very difficult. Finally they want to send an engineer on the 2nd of April. I just purchased this a week ago and it got delivered installed And now I have to wait almost 2 1/2 weeks for someone to come round to have a look after just using it for a few days ridiculous.”

“I recently fell victim to this devastating scam company that involves me into investing 197,000dollars in bitcoin which surprisingly grew to 362,000dollars within weeks. “Be cautious and do not fall prey to their scam; their objective is to rob you. They will continually ask for more money under the guise of tax and liquidation fees. After I filed my case with the personnel at C.O.V.S.E.V.C.L.T.D.C.O.M successfully obtained a refund of my investment and earnings. “It's now over 2 months since I ordered the home EV charger and I still can't use it. The initial process was straightforward and streamlined. However, Pod Point cancelled my installation on the day, then I had to wait weeks for the new installation date. Once the charger was installed they then said that I needed an inspection from Northern Powergrid. However it took a couple of weeks, and a few calls from me, before Pod Point finally got in touch with them. Once Northern Powergrid signed off the work Pod Point said that they'd activate my charge as soon as possible. It's now been days and it still hasn't been activated. It's really difficult to get in touch when you have a problem, staff rarely respond to emails or take days to reply and the call centre has really long wait times. I'd honestly avoid Pod Point if you're looking for a home EV charger.”
