“Be cautious and do not fall prey to their scam; their objective is to rob you. They will continually ask for more money under the guise of tax and liquidation fees. “It's now over 2 months since I ordered the home EV charger and I still can't use it. The initial process was straightforward and streamlined. However, Pod Point cancelled my installation on the day, then I had to wait weeks for the new installation date. Once the charger was installed they then said that I needed an inspection from Northern Powergrid. However it took a couple of weeks, and a few calls from me, before Pod Point finally got in touch with them. Once Northern Powergrid signed off the work Pod Point said that they'd activate my charge as soon as possible. It's now been days and it still hasn't been activated. It's really difficult to get in touch when you have a problem, staff rarely respond to emails or take days to reply and the call centre has really long wait times. I'd honestly avoid Pod Point if you're looking for a home EV charger.”

“Not a good experience at all! No way of getting the money back on the client portal, phone calls asking for more money! Then all contact numbers no longer available! Con men with made up names made obvious with two different spellings of the guy supposedly helping me!! Just lies and more lies! I'm very happy that I asked for assistance rather than just lounging about. After a difficult period, I was able to formally register a complaint with >>>>> COVSECLTD.COM >>> . They were able to return all of my money in a matter of days.”
