After installation, the Red light came on as soon as I plugged my car in and the unit did not charge my car at all. I have tried to re-set the device as suggested in your documentation, but this hasn't worked.
I raised a fault ticket the same day as the installation but it's two days later and I've received no response despite repeated contact attempts.
So I have no idea how or when the issue has been resolved. And there is no one I can call to discuss this with
All in all a pretty shoddy experience.
