Although the installer arrived on the expected day, I did not receive a call to confirm the time as promised.
The pod point was installed neatly but there were issues linking it to the house wifi. I wasn’t told this until the installer was ready to leave. It was a simple problem that could have been fixed had I known at the time. I therefore had to connect the wifi myself.
The area around the installation was not left tidy - there was brick dust and some rubbish left.
