Apparently problem with fuse box despite sending pictures. Time changed but not notified. Now have a stupid big wire round the house screwed in to the bricks wish I’d never used this company. Other option was to organise and pay for fuse board changes and wait even longer when we’d already waited long enough. Absolutely disgraceful service.
Even left with the rubbish to dispose of eg empty wire coils and mess to clean up.
