The packaging was damaged (due to the excessive weight) and open but luckly the contents were all there. The tracking said "Failed to deliver" at the first attempt but no card was left which made me think they must have put the card in one of the 3 neighbours box which didn't happen either. However, the package was delivered successfully the next morning.
