“I ordered Monument Master Plunger Green Plastic. My card was charged on 12 January 2025. I was asked to submit a review today (19/01/2025). To date the item has not been delivered to me. This is disappointing. I don't seem to have any emails from this supplier confirming this order or an order number.”

“Simply the Best Price online, exceptional delivery both in terms of price (£2.58 for 48hr service was way cheaper than anywhere else) and true to its worfd - two days latter the postman dropped it off to us - can't fault the servcie or value - its now our first choice for plumbing parts - thank you!”

“I never received nothing from plumbing supplies direct. Place the order and after a couple of days I received a email regarding the item is not in stock and they ask me for a full refund. After I received this email to do a short review. What’s happening? I will receive my order o not?”

“To be fair to PSD, the delay in delivery was down to the manufacturer (or wholesaler), but PSD did alert me to the problem and twice gave me the option of cancellation and a refund. I declined because I could afford to wait. However, when the goods arrived, it was without warning - not a problem since the package was small enough to fit though my letter box. The item was welled wrapped, but turned out to be damaged (a piece of the gasket had been broken off). I informed PSD a week ago, sending them the photo attached to this review and asking for a replacement, but they haven't replied.”

“Excellent service well informed on the delivery which was within the timescale given. One small issue the part supplied was a different design to the one expected. It does the same job but it would have been good to have been informed of this change.”
