“You did not update my booking to include the extra day, as when I arrived at jet parks they would not let me in, even though you confirmed the extra day for £2 which they said was not how much an extra day would cost, I emailed for you to confirm this and got nothing back”

“No issues with the parking per se, once identified, but as a major tenant of whoever "runs" the airport, can nothing sensible be done to stop fiddling with the interminable roundabouts? It's a provincial airport with 3 terminals, so why does it need such a convoluted layout? I swear it had changed in the 3 weeks since I collected family. Also I couldn't readily correlate their signage with your description of the carpark. Nightmare.”
“Second time I’ve used these and dead simple process, easy to find (once you know to look for a massive electric gate between houses) and easy to park once in. Minibus waiting to take us and then when returning don’t wait long to be collected. Good communication and will use agin for Manchester airport trips.”
“I had to change my car registration & they were brilliant about it & there was no complications at the barriers.
The worst part was getting out of the car park we kept going around in circles but we took it in as part of our Holiday 😀”
