“We'd seen the Sentinel bus at Leeds Bradford airport so we decided to try it as an alternative to a taxi. Booked a slot on the internet. On the day we drove up, parked the car, gave name, reg and key at reception and got on the bus, less than 5 minutes later we were in the airport. Coming back was obviously the same procedure in reverse with directions to which row the car was parked in. Simple, straightford and it was £60 cheaper than the taxi”
“Parking was not straight forward to find as googlemaps showed to turn right, but not very clear it should be after the four way traffic lightd, however the car park is vast and the shuttle bus does get super packed very quickly.
However they are regular every 15 mins.
Car was kept safe and undamaged for our whole week away. Really great. Excellent service and stay.”

“Generally very good. Easy to arrange. Called on route to airport. Met me as suggested and took car. I had also changed my car in-between booking and holiday and Dan arranged the registration change smoothly and confirmed in email. Excellent.
Only niggle was when we landed and called after collection of bags there was confusion on if I was due back that day!! The called me back to say they found my paperwork and of course I was, this then meant a 40 mins delay before the car arrived. Not a major issue but you know what it's like when you arrive back... you just want to get home. Overall nice people good value for money and bar the blip at the end I would be happy to use again.”
“On arrival it was a r e ally good service clear instructions and handled really well. Was told on arrival back to the UK call this muber after you have got through customs was even written ok no the ticket. On landing went through customs and rang to be told ring again after youve left airport. Rang again and was told 2 black Mercedes van are on the run walk to where you were dropped off and get in one of them, no reg or driver name or anything. Can imagine how many they were in the drop off area. Eventually found one the driver never even offered to put our cases in just stood there not the service we got on coming to the airport. Alo had no help in getting them out of the van.Then when we got back to the car got the keys started to put the cases in the boot to find the car was rolling. Got in the car no handbrake on and not in gear. So on arrival great service but on arriving back not so very good.”
