“Being disabled and with a mobility scooter we used to be able to park in disabled multi story parking but because we were going away for 2 weeks so more than 10 days we couldn't do this so had to use jet parks which was terrible for us. It's we had really bad trouble then we both had to get all our cases along with mobility scooter and get to the bus stop which was horrendous. We then waited along with a queue of others in the cold with no cover. When the bus came some passengers helped us onto the bus and the driver put our cases on the rack. When we came to get off passengers lifted the cases down for us which we then struggled into the airport. Coming back was easier as we had assistance through the airport to the bus stop and it was quiet and the lady bus driver helped with the cases.
In comparison with how this used to be it really spoilt our holiday so in future will try to avoid using Manchester Airport purely because of the parking.
We've booked a holiday in February next year flying from Liverpool which we will always do in future where possible.”
