“never used even though i booked and paid, as the reviews were terrible about late night pick ups from the airport and that my insurance wouldnt allow me to leave my keys, as i drive under a medical licence i have to be in possession of my keys at all times”
“Parked where i had parked before, When leaving I was asked for £180.00 and told I was in the wrong place. I finally got out by paying an extra £18 to get the bar lifted. I firmly believe this is a planned scam.”
Thank you for your feedback. This is not a scam. You parked onsite at Liverpool Airport. We will speak to the airport to ask them why they charged you extra. They would only do this if you departed the car park after the time you were booked until.
“Absolutely brilliant service I cannot thank them enough, dropped the car off gave the key in got taken straight to the terminal, 5 minutes away, coming back quick phone call picked up in 5 minutes and car waiting at the other end, amazing, definitely use them again, brilliant friendly staff aswel”
“On the day we returned the key safes had moved from level B to the basement at the very end of the airport. There were no members of staff at the old safes to redirect everyone. It cost us a lot of time and patience to get our car keys back. Not happy at all.”
Thank you for your feedback. Currently as you'll have noticed, Manchester Airport are carrying out a lot of building work around Terminal 2 and they have had to move the meet and greet key safes during the time you were away. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
