“Parking was easy and only a short walk to the terminal but upon my return I drove to the barriers to exit and they wouldn’t lift, so I pressed the assist button as it was showing I owed £50.00 (I’d paid before entering the carpark online and still had 40 mins left before that expired) I was eventually let out the carpark by the person at the end of the line but it was an unnecessary inconvenience that didn’t need to happen!”
“There was a long slow queue taking a long while to exit the car park . On the way in it was easier to get in the lift , whereas on the way back there was a huge queue for the lifts and it was difficult with ski gear to get into any lift”
Thanks for the feedback. Sadly, sometimes when multiple flights land, there are quite a few people trying to get out of the car park at the same time. We will pass this feedback onto Manchester Airport.

“Dropped car off was good and inside, when we picked it up it was parked outside by a cafe that was closed across the road. Forgot how far it was from the airport when you get back off holiday. We were fortunate that the rain kept off for our walk both ways.”
