“Called to ask to charge the car after leaving it with over 70% battery and was told that they will do this. The next day got a call after asking for collection saying that there is barely any battery left to get it back to me. Claimed that I never called and was rude. Ended up waiting for a long time and then had to drive to a charging station with the kids. Completely missed the purpose of convenience and using meet and greet.”
Thanks for your feedback. We will speak the car park regarding this. If you had asked the car park to charge your car then this should of happened. This car park is very attentive so we are surprised to hear of this type of issue.
