“I only have one thing to improve that is a bigger sign before you reach the park. We and another car ended up in a caravan park. Right turn needed was further up and name of road we needed is right on the roundabout. Couldnt fault anything reards parking our car was so easy as was coming home.Will use AGAIN .”

“I paid for the parking then wanted to cancel it says on your website free cancellation I tried to cancel and was told I had to give 48 hours notice I only paid the day before I don’t think you should advertise free cancellation as thst wasent the case also I tried several times to call the number on the website and no body answered”
Thank you for your feedback. We do offer free cancellation up until 24 hours before arrival. I'm not sure which number you called, as we operate by LiveChat or emails. If a cancelation request had come in more than 24 hours before arrival, we would have been able to cancel your booking.
