“Very convenient for the airport, would be better if it were covered. I think the guidance needs to be updated as instructions say drive up to barrier and take ticket but you don't get a ticket so was then wondering if it was the right car park.
A little expensive but would use again if flying from Liverpool.”
“I thought I booked the official aiport car park as it represented it self as that in my research so that is where I parked as it did not show on the map send that we had to pass the airport parking to get to you ! So I paid 2 x I have send you an email in the hope you reimburse me .

Thanks for your feedback. You parked in a different car park to the one that you booked in, that is why you had to pay again as you weren't booked at that car park. We will ask the car park if they will refund on this occasion, however it is not their fault that you parked in the wrong car park. We will contact you to try and get a refund for this.

“Easy to find car park, by the time we had booked in the minibus was waiting to take us over to the airport, phoned once we came back only had to wait 5 mins and we were back at the car park, lovely man on reception and the drivers were also very helpful putting cases on and off the minibus, have used this company for many years and will continue to use them. In a nutshell cheap, cheerful and reliable”
“The car park was a five minute walk from the airport. Simply dropped of your car key and they provided paperwork to show on your return. Its open 24 hrs so no need to worry if you flight was delayed. Definitely recommend.”
