“Not very well sign posted, actually drove passed it in the dark. While booking in someone else phoned up saying they couldn’t find it.
On arrival at the airport was dropped off asked driver is this the pick up point on return, he replied some where around here yeah. On returning back I phoned to say of my arrival, got told will send bus now. I went to the area I was dropped off at, waited half hr no bus, phoned office to be told driver had been looking/shouting my name. It turns out that where I was dropped off wasn’t the pick up point. I was misinformed and then had to go to another area where the guy on the phone was abrupt in giving me directions as if I was like a child. There is no way I will be using this service again as I felt as if they had a don’t care attitude.”
Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear this. We will speak to the car park you understand why there was a delay and why the team were not helpful on this occasion. This is unlike them.
“When I arrived at the car park I had to wait more than 20 mins to be transferred to the airport as the driver waited and waited for more people to arrive even though there were multiple drivers present as it was so early in the morning. When I arrived back later in the day I called the office to be collected from terminal one, the driver either forget or misheard the instruction to collect me. I ended up waiting for 50 mins before I was collected. Terrible experience from start to finish”

i’ve used Imagine many times & always found it & the staff great service
However when i picked my van up on Monday night
it was parked in a poorly lit area the far end of next doors Car Park
I was shown to the van & was told that they thought it had a flat battery
i explained it was probably my Ghost Immobilser
which it was?
As i’ve started to pull away there was a single post in my blind spot & didn’t see it so ended up crashing into it leaving a lot of damage to my bumper 😳
