“The guys on site were excellent on both on arrival and departure. They even had to jump start the car due to the cold weather. We woud highly recommend and will definately use again in the futre.

“Great Car park but would like to share that why are vehicles being allowed to park on the pedestrian walkway with nothing in place to fine these drivers who think it’s acceptable for me to walk my family on the road because the walkway is blocked . Would be nice to see this sorted .”
“Parking was ok. I drove in, left the car, got shipped to the airport and got picked up after holiday and delivered to the parking. My car was waiting in the same condition. Shuttle bus driver was quite unhappy person though, which impacted the overal experiance slighty. I most likely try other company next time.

“Pretty good service - early morning start and straight forward process and parking etc. I had already read that there was a £5 charge to drop off outside the airport - still cheaper than the alternative. Only people on the bus. Called on landing and bus wait was 5 mins and directly back to the office”
“Paid just under £100 for parking entered the carpark and got a receipt because it recognized my number plate, showed my receipt on leaving and had to pay extra to get out not good”
Thanks for your feedback. You shouldn't have had to pay again. Did you not press the help button to speak to the attendant as you had already paid? They would have then been able to check your number plate. We will be in touch to help get a £100 refund from the airport.
