“Living alone I find it stressful having work done but Craig and Sean were very friendly and considerate. I am delighted with the new fire it looks beautiful and is easy to operate. I would fully recommend Manor House to anyone considering a new fire.”

“We are delighted with our new fireplace installed by Craig and Sean who did a wonderful job. There was remarkably little mess considering that they had to dismantle a heavy wood-burning stove. Our home was clean and tidy when they left. They were friendly, hard-working and very professional. Our first fireplace in our previous home from Manor House Fireplaces still looks as good as it did when it was installed tweny-one years ago so we had no hesitation in returning there for the fireplace in our new home.”

“Staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. Customer service was excellent and took us through all our options. I noted on the occasions I was in the store it was consistent with other customers. Their fitter and sweep, SCK were excellent too. Meticulous in the finer details of fitting our multi fuel stove with minimum dust.. Everything was done on schedule. We are really pleased with our stove and feel we have made the right purchase for us through their guidance. Highly recommend them.”

“Or family have used Manor House on several occiasion for woodburners, gas fires and most recently an electric fire for my Mum and Dad. On every occaision Michael and the Manor House team have done a great job meeting our requirements. Mum and Dad were also delighted with Tom who fitted their new electric fire and stone surround”
