I strongly recommend this business. New to the BBQ world, I was wanting to improve my cooking flavours. I was amazed, as were my guests by the impact that high quality charcoal has on a cook. It was transformative, for example, to the flavour of sweetcorn. Ditto souvlaki chicken and vegetable skewers. I will, quite simply, never go back to supermarket charcoal again.
