Booked airport transfers with LHT to take us to and from our city centre London hotel. What an excellent experience on both occasions. Both cars (Mercedes and BMW) were clean, spacious and comfortable. Drivers were smart and friendly. The driver at the airport was waiting in the hall and was easily identifiable as he was holding a tablet with my name on it. Appreciated the What’s App messages asking beforehand about what luggage to expect the vehicle to hold. The driver who picked us up from our hotel also messaged to say which hotel door he was waiting at and he was there before our pick up time so there was no need to wait for him and as we were ready, it meant we left slightly early which was good. Both journeys took about an hour (purely because of the city centre traffic) but the time seemed to pass by quickly due to sightseeing and travelling in comfort. Great experience if you don’t like the hustle and bustle of getting on and off trains and tubes with luggage. I’d definitely book this service again.
