“Fantastic return transfer service direct from LHR airport to our city centre hotel and back again. Both drivers were smart and friendly. Driver at the airport was easily identifiable by holding a tablet with my name on it. Driver who collected us from our hotel sent a description and location of his vehicle via WhatsApp which was very helpful as there was more than one hotel door. I was also sent WhatsApp messages before each journey asking about luggage, which saved time and was reassuring. Both vehicles were clean and comfortable (Mercedes and BMW) and both journeys were pleasant with lots to see.”

“Booked airport transfers with LHT to take us to and from our city centre London hotel. What an excellent experience on both occasions. Both cars (Mercedes and BMW) were clean, spacious and comfortable. Drivers were smart and friendly. The driver at the airport was waiting in the hall and was easily identifiable as he was holding a tablet with my name on it. Appreciated the What’s App messages asking beforehand about what luggage to expect the vehicle to hold. The driver who picked us up from our hotel also messaged to say which hotel door he was waiting at and he was there before our pick up time so there was no need to wait for him and as we were ready, it meant we left slightly early which was good. Both journeys took about an hour (purely because of the city centre traffic) but the time seemed to pass by quickly due to sightseeing and travelling in comfort. Great experience if you don’t like the hustle and bustle of getting on and off trains and tubes with luggage. I’d definitely book this service again.”

“what do you need from a taxi when you return to Heathrow very tired from a business trip and have a long journey home ahead of you: friendly and polite driver - check helped with the suitcases - check on time - check picks you up from where he said he would be and deposits you exactly where you asked - check updates you regularly about his location via phone text messages - check large comfortable car - check does not force the conversation but will chat if needed - check So well done! you will get my business again next time i fly”

“Quick, timely, with an intimate knowledge of the airport, they got me impossibly from the overnight coach from Glasgow to Terminal five and I got my plane despite a one hour turnaround! worth their weight in gold for speed, ease and peace of mind.”
