The whole process has been very easy. We purchased this for a frail very obstinate 86 year old who we thought would ask us to take it away. But when he heard the professionalism shown at setup he changed his mind and we find him every day with the Donegal around his neck. This is remarkable and shows that the product and staff provide that support that is needed, even with someone who has never asked for help in his life.
