This replacement alarm has been troublesome the instructions to set it up was confusing only by phoning customer service i was informed that the instructions given were all wrong and not complicated like the instructions given .
The next problems were the alarm going off by itself yes I did get through to someone to give help but the alarm was going off automatically it took three people to stop the alarm as it was just going off into a loop .I hope that it's now sorted as I worry if won't work when I need it .
