The choice of rugs is good and I found a lovely rug. Unfortunately despite an email saying it had been 'marked for dispatch' that did not mean it was to arrive any time soon. I had to send multiple emails to find out what was happening, towards the end I stopped getting any response. The rug was then delivered (after approx 2 months) - the courier just left it on the drive when we were out, no card or message. Rug lovely but service was poor.
