I had to have the rug I ordered collected and replaced as it was damaged when received, they collected it and sent me a replacement over the space of a few days so I would have confidence to use them again.
I would have given them five stars but any inconvenience is just that, an inconvenience irrespective of how quickly and efficiently it is addressed/rectified.
The rug I now have is very pleasing in terms of looks, colours and finish. I would say it is good value and worth the money paid.
