“Very poor waited a month for wall lights”

Hi William, I'm really sorry that you waited so long for your order, that must have been very frustrating. I have looked into this issue and I can see that this item was backordered and was available for pre-order on the website. Items that are backordered are generally available in 14-21 days from date of order. I understand that it must have been disappointing when this was delayed longer than expected. “Bought two Nordlux Front 26 LED downlighters to place above front and side doors … they are pricey but very good product. Look great at night coupled with PIR (bought separately). Lampsy were good price and pretty good delivery .. though Royal Mail 48 hour still took more than 72 hours. That’s RM for you !”

“An expensive, stylish-looking piece of cheap tacky plastic. For that price, one would expect the perspex windows to be attached so that they don't fall out, and screws with retaining washers so they don't fall on the ground whilst one is trying to attach the cover with its loose windows. Not sure how they achieve IP44 with so many loose parts and no gaskets.”

“Excellent customer service. We ordered 2 pendant lights from Lampsy and one of the glass shades had been damaged in transit. We contacted their customer service and had a very quick and positive reply. We sent a photo of the shade and within a couple of days were contacted to say a replacement was on its way. Thank you Lampsy!”

“Although the delivery was delayed, I was kept informed of the most likely future delivery date which was pretty accurate. The lamp is exactly as described and is slimline in all aspects. It was reasonably priced and considerably less than my original designer option so am delighted!”

“Very pleased with my lights I have been looking for lights for my kitchen which is dark and these are great and give out lots of light and look really pretty. I emailed to find out when my lights were going to be delivered and had a reply within the hour.I couldn’t believe I had a reply so fast .I want to say how efficient your staff are would definitely deal with them again”

“The delivery took longer than stated on their online shop. Their customer service is extremely slow and takes to get an answer. I eventually got my order but there is an issue with the pendant shades which are not cheap. I have emailed customer services and no response. I have made numerous calls but can never get through. Disappointing service.”
