On line ordering is very easy and the pictures give excellent representation of goods. Delivery was hassle free and the goods arrived in perfect condition and enabled ne to try them at home at my leisure. I did have to return one item and that was very easy to do using the original packaging. I was kept up to date all the time with my order and my return via email and repayment was prompt.
