“This bag is a style I had been researching for some time and finally found. It has a long strap and sufficient suitable pockets for all my bits and pieces! The bag arrived , well packed,two days after I ordered it. The leather is very good quality and on sale, at half price, it was superb value.”

“Ordered a man’s leather wallet from Lakeland Leather which took 10 days in total to arrive due to Royal Mail’s fault. Anna the Online Customer Service of Lakeland, Leather, was extremely helpful. When Lakeland Leather emailed me to ask for a review, I replied that I have not received the wallet yet, Anna immediately apologised and sent a replacement wallet via DPD which arrived in 2days time instead of the next day due to DPD having a 24hr dispute. Despite the couriers delays I would definitely praise Lakeland Leather for their prompt action and also grateful for Anna to put into action immediately. Lakeland Leather should be proud to have such an efficient Online Customer Service, well done Anna and many thanks for your professional service. Lakeland leather wallets are the best and they do last for years and years”

“I ordered two small bags for a couple of friends who will be celebrating their 60th birthdays soon. I originally was looking on Lakeland for a new wallet for myself, but after finding the lovely website and seeing all the fabulous ideas, I shelved the wallet and bought the two bags for my friends. They arrived earlier than expected and the quality and detail is second to none. I'm sure they will be well received by their new owners soon. Great service and communication from Lakeland.”
