Good, rapid delivery.
I found the ladder quite heavy. As I had no helper I ended up using a block and tackle to lift and hold the ladder in position .
It is quite stiff to pull down. I am not sure if a little oil would be in order.
When I pull it down and the collapsed ladder is vertical, the bottom rung catches in the hooks. I have to lift the ladder and swing it out by hand to be able to allow the ladder to extend.
