Having placed an order at end Nov for a nomination bracelet and birthday charm fory daughter's birthday mid Dec, I was extremely disappointed that my parcel arrived and only the charm was in it - bracelet missing. I did make contact and was told that the missing item was sent out 4th Dec - this never arrived. After many emails, I was told another would be sent recorded delivery 15th Dec - still no bracelet. Finally many days after my daughter's birthday 22nd Dec it was agreed a replacement would-be sent by courier. Knowing the postal issues I fail to understand why the initial replacement was not sent by courier in time for my daughter's birthday ( which I did detail it many emails). Although I should have this hopefully in time for Christmas the disappointment had already been experienced, after all I did purchase a happy birthday charm not a Christmas one!
My biggest issue with the customer service is trying to get a response as not actually able to talk to anyone in person. This experience has not made me want to continue purchasing from Joshua James which is unfortunate as it was to be the start of my daughter's nomination charm collection. Overall a very disappointed patent and teenage daughter as this item was her main birthday wish.
