“Really impressed with the delivery driver who was very helpful! Product was well wrapped and easy to use just as I’d hoped. not as cheap as insulation rolls but much easier to handle and more importantly easier to move should future access be required.”

“I needed a lightweight product to insulate between the joists of a wooden structure. The product supplied by insulation 4 less was ideal. Using the online ordering system was straightforward and delivery was made within a couple of working days.”

“I ordered 36 sheets of insulation on-line, your site said 3 - 5 working days, this was ordered on the 8th of January and didn't receive it until the 21st January, I had to call customer services about 6 times, and was promised a call back each time, that never happened. At one point delivery was promised on the 17th, and did not turn up. This cost me time and money waiting, as I had men on site waiting. I will never use them again, and all should avoid them.”

Hi Steve, Thank you for your feedback. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delay in delivering your order. We strive to deliver all orders within our estimated time frame, but, occasionally some orders can take longer than anticipated due to transport factors and other issues that may be outside our control. We have reviewed the call logs and can see that you did indeed call several times to which we either called or emailed back with updates regarding your delivery. We acknowledge that this may have been slower than our normal standards of communication, our apologies for this. We cannot however find any detail on a notification advising delivery would be on the 17th but rather the 21st. Again, please accept our apologies on delivery being outside of our estimated time frame and for the delay in updates.

“Ordered 15 75mm celotex/ecotherm and some plasterboard which when I first ordered said it was going to arrive at XYZdate. I booked the time off but then they messaged saying they didn’t have everything in stock so I had to cancel it and rebook which is a faff. It turned up and the SIG delivery company was great. The quality of the boards was great too. The 2nd time I ordered from them it said I was going to receive them in around 3-5 working days and they turned up next day which sounds great but I was at work so I was unable to recieve the goods and inspect them for damage. (Some had minor damage but not unusable). Overall, speedy delivery (just as long as you don’t care when it turns up) and good quality boards. 3/5”

“Insulation is good, smooth finish etc. I didn't realise it was 'stepped' but thats ok. Six or so pieces had edge damage, I can work round this but could be problem if material is on show and little to spare. Board sizes are 1247 x 595 not 1250 by 600, again I will be ok but... Delivery chappy was ( thankfully ) persistant and did good job.”

“Bought Celotex PL4025 and dot and dab mix. Cut and fixed to a single skin pantry wall which kept getting damp. Noticeable difference straight away. The wall has stopped drawing the moisture out of the air at cold temperatures. Allowed me to shelve and make better use of the pantry. Only needed 2 boards but delivered on time and with no damage.”
