“I am so very grateful to the whole team at In Memory of Life for how they handled my Father's cremation - with respect, kindness, gentleness, dignity and professionalism. From the friendly, clear and helpful emails to the actual service itself - every step was personalised and done in a very very caring way. Although I hope I never have to go through this again, if I do, I would certainly choose In Memory of Life to help me with it.”

“This is the first time I have used a small company to arrange a funeral. Service and attention from the start was excellent. I worked very well with Emma who kept me updated at every stage. She was patient and assisted me through the process of organising my friends funeral. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone organising a funeral. Thank you once again.”

“In Memory of Life provides a really excellent service covering all aspects of the funeral process. Our family member died at home and one call to In Memory of Life took care of everything from the collection of our loved one to care of her right up to her interment - they will arrange everything for you so you don't need to worry about anything. I found the service they provided immensely helpful at what was a very sad and difficult time for my family. All the team are very kind, solicitous and respectful and respond speedily to any queries or concerns that you may have. On the day, the funeral ran very smoothly and we received many compliments from people who attended at how beautifully the day went, which was due in no small part to In Memory of Life. I would highly recommend the service they provided, it is absolutely worth every penny.”

“I am extremley impressed with Memorary for life. The whole process was handled very sensitively and professional. My fathers burial was arranged exactly as I requested. Megan & Harriot were first class, excellent communication and compationate. Put me at ease, always avalible to guide every step of the way. The Celebrant Viv gave a wonderful service. Also Donner the conductor ensured everything went smoothly.”

“We’ve used In Memory Of Life for both of our parents’ funerals, a little over a year apart. They were very professional and supportive for our mother’s funeral, so we knew we’d be in safe hands returning to them. The whole team - from May Andrews, who made the arrangements to the funeral director, Grant, and the drivers - had the highest standards of care and compassion. We would also like to thank the mortuary staff behind the scenes for caring for our father (John Colman) during his period of rest. “From the very first phone call I was looked after and nothing was too much trouble. I was able to make all the arrangements for my friends funeral without having to leave the house. Every detail was taken care of and if I had any questions Holly would keep me informed. On the day the team were respectful and friendly giving us time to say our goodbyes - I can totally recommend Memory of Life & can't thank them enough for making a stressful time - stressless”

“From the moment we decided to use In Memory of Life for my fathers cremation, Harriet and her team were kind, compassionate and helpful, they treated us like we were their own family. I had no experience arranging a funeral and they supported me and my family every step of the way. No question went unanswered. Harriet spoke to us regularly with updates and options and guided us through the entire process discussing every decision until we were happy. Our Celebrant, Ruth, spent time with the family discussing my dad and wrote a wonderful eulogy that perfectly suited what the family wanted to say. She offered guidance and advise on the music choices and guided us through the service. On the day of the funeral the cars arrived at the house and our Funeral Conductor, John, took time to meet all the family and discuss how things would go. His kindness and compassion helped calm an emotional experience. He took time to ensure we were all ready to start the service offering additional support to those in need. My fathers funeral was perfect and conducted with great dignity, we can not recommend In Memory of Life enough.”

“At such a sad and difficult time, Harriet and her team were efficient, supportive and responded promptly at every step. The company’s online facility made organising the funeral service much easier, given that we live over three hours drive away from the Crematorium. In Memory of Life was recommended to us by a family friend, and they did not disappoint.”

“Megan and her team were incredible. They helped from the first meeting until after the funeral. They booked and coordinated everything. We can highly recommend the team. They were available outside working hours, in fact i spoke to the team almost daily until everything was in place. The funeral directors they used were equally amazing. Thank you for elevating our grief for a no hassle funeral. (we had a horse and carriage, again this went very smoothly). Kind Regards Wilding family.”

“On behalf of my family, I cannot thank Harriet enough, for all the kindness and support she gave us after the unexpected death of my beloved uncle. From the first call, she showed complete empathy and took me through the process with such care, which was really appreciated and I knew we were in good, safe hands. I was kept up to date throughout with what was happening and nothing was too much trouble. The day went off without a hitch and Harriet kindly followed up with a telephone call to check that our family were happy with the service provided. “Myself and my family would personally like to thank Harriet she was so amazing the support I received from the moment I contacted In memory of life, I felt like I had my own personal organiser as well as a mental support worker. No matter how big or small my question were she made time to answer as well as guide me not just in the funeral but with the hospital and other things. John was our conductor on the day and was amazing not rushing us and helped guide us through the steps of the day without him I wouldnt of had a clue. Thank you both as well as all the support from your team that I'm sure were working on our behalf who I never spoke to. I don't think I could have handled the cremation of my brother without you all, so again I will forever be greatful to you and your team especially for our memorial page ❤️ 🙏 💙 ♥️”
