I was very impressed with the quality of service for my homebuyers survey level 2. The company were in touch so quickly and the surveyor was booked within days and feedback within 24 hours which was incredible. I had some questions about the severity of issues mentioned and the surveyor happily called me back to give some verbal feedback and an overall impression of whether I should go ahead and which issues would need fixing and how quickly. Delighted with the service and recommended to my sellers who have now used u for their onward purchase too!
