“iMyHome were helpful and informative during the whole process of organising and completing our survey. I called on a couple of occasions to make arrangements and the person helping with my queries was patient, knowledgeable and was even excited for us and wished us well in the process of purchasing our first home. The survey report was detailed and informative and came to us quickly. Our surveyor arranged a call back with us to raise questions about points of concern raised with the property and offered us advice on proceeding with work and further checks we may need, which was a huge reassurance and benefit. Can't recommend them enough, especially as they were the most affordable option I found!”

“The office team were efficient & professional in contacting & arranging the surveyor's visit. I was disappointed with the surveyor & subsequent report which stated that no evaluation could be made of the rear of the property due to a faulty door lock blocking access. The lock in question is fully functioning, indeed 3 months after purchasing the property the said lock remains in place. I would neither recommend nor use this service again.”

“I requested that a couple of specific issues be included in the survey, neither of them were. I now know that I need a ceiling replacing and there is a possibility of Asbestos in the plaster board. Would have been nice to know this from the survey.”

“Last year i registered this broker account, now almost 1year is gone and i am not able to get withdraw but on 17 AUgust 2024 they run .Please Stay Away from this prop firm. i am glad i was able to get a refunds with the help of wikihelpdesks @ gmail .com my advice is stay away from this broker”

“Excellent service. I had a problem with the first Surveyor I was allocated (not iMyHome's fault at all) the person was not suitable for my job - I contacted iMyHome and they immediately took ownership of the issue and reallocated me. The team were helpful, efficient and got the job done!”
