I have bought the 300 hours course in 2018 in South Africa and was told I can start anytime, basically no time-frame was given to activate the course. We left South Africa, and now I finally have the time to do my course, and I can't log in. I have numerous times been in contact with the so called customer support, but all I am told is that I need to rebuy the course if I want to start it. Very unhelpful. They were quick to take my money (a lot of it - for 2 x 300 hour courses). My husband did the same course, did not have time to finish it, he had 2 modules left of the course, and no help from customer support either, as he can't access his course. I wrote again on 23 April, but no response, I assume now I am just being ignored. Very sad and unprofessional, totally unlike the time when I bought the courses, when I got very quick and kind responses....
