For their outstanding services, the staff at Treblesltd*com has my sincere gratitude. Despite being the victim of a large scam, their hardworking staff was able to get my money back. It is quite admirable how well-versed and proficient they are in handling incidents of online fraud. I heartily endorse their services to anyone dealing with such difficulties.

Shockingly and blatentantly unscrupulous bunch of unethical misfits!!!! My 2nd attempt at the assignment was near perfect but miracously got deleted by their system!!! And that's after me having to pay a remark fee!!!

Don't use this company. Just don't. Need proof? Just read the other reviews - they're clearly faking their 4.7 rating because most of the reviews are bad. Customer service is terrible, the website is poorly designed, no one can actually help you with anything, and they find any excuse to get more money out of you. Your assignment need to be *perfect*, and they look for any fault to make you resubmit (Which, surprise, takes money). They do not grade fairly - in the normal world - 90% is more than a pass, but not to these scammers. Don't waste your time and don't waste your money.

I was constantly let down. Fist my purchase of the course was 'lost' so I couldn't work on the course for 5 months. This ended with me having to buy an extension to have time to complete it. Then I tried to hand in my assessment, it got lost, my course expired and I had to buy another extension. Then I was so tired of waiting I tried to purchase a fast track marking for the assessment, even though I was charged it didn't work. Through all of these system errors, customer service was no help, they were rude and only suggested paying more money. Honestly shocking experience.

If I could give this company a 0 star I would. Very disappointed, read all the reviews and they are all the same reason as my review. They are only after people's money and they do not car if you get certificate or not. All I can say is, try find another company. Don't waste your time and money on this course.

I've never experienced a company that is so disorganized, unprofessional and will just willingly take your money without providing you with anything in return. Not only did they refuse to refund me my deposit but , they are demanding I pay an outstanding 20k fee, which was not communicated at all. Absolutely disgusting.

Avoid doing business with these people. I was made to invest $100,000 with high hopes of getting 30% returns. Unfortunately, I could not see my money in my wallet not to talk of the promised profits. Several attempts to contact them proved abortive. Good day I have the same issues I paid in advance for my October fees and then put my account on hold. So now they are trying to deduct money from my account 3 - 4 times a day. I have emailed them many times, and nothing gets resolved no follow ups nothing. I have already paid my October 2024 fees, and I cannot continue the course. How do you treat an paying person in such a manner and the reason I cose this company was because they got good reviews well from my side I cannot say I have had any good experiences.

THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A SINGLE STAR. I PAID FOR THE COURSE AND IT STARTED WELL, BUT I DIDN'T GET TO FINISH IT SINCE I GOT BUSY. AFTER I PAID FOR AN EXTENSION OF THE COURSE, I COULDN'T HAVE AN ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT ANYMORE. I TRIED REACHING OUT CALLING, EMAILING, CHATTING THEM- BUT DIDN'T GET ANY SOLUTION AT ALL. PLEASE DON'T EVEN THINK OF PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I invested a total of $743k on a binary option platform after several weeks i tried to make some withdrawals to my bank but the withdrawal wasn’t successful, i quickly contact the platform costumer care via email and phone number they provided in their contact info but didn’t get a response from them that was when everything started looking weird. A few weeks later I got a mail from them requesting that i should invest more money if I want to withdraw my money which i rejected, and I never heard from them again that was when I knew I’m about being screwed. i was really devastated at those moment and felt so bad that my hard earned money was gone. I contacted them and they promised to help me get my money back asked me some info about the company i invested with which I provided. The result was amazing I recovered all my Lost funds back within a space of 73 hours I was so happy as I never believe I could get my money back. I have been a huge ambassador for the i-to-i institution as they seemed affordable and reputable. However, after months of dispute about unwarranted charges made on my account as well as no clarification from them or their legal representatives, I am deeply disappointed as a client and as a student. They will send you pillar to post and when you ask for feedback or documentation, they hardly ever respond. I never expected to receive such poor service from them.

They do not respond when you ask for help and take a month to mark an assignment when it states only 7 working days. I have completed my course more than 60 days ago and have not yet received my certificate. This is just a money making scheme. Do not watse your time or money

In the beginning of the course the customer service was great, I received swift responses and then a month later the customer service dropped. I waited a month for feedback on my assignment and the feedback from the tutor was vague. emails were responded two months later

I really enjoyed doing this course with you because you were so hands on even though we are not in the classroom, there were enough videos and information to make me feel like I was not missing anything in my studies. I love the fact that you are so quick to help and it's so easy to ask for help. Your system is very easy to go through and understand. Thank you do much.

I have been teaching ESL now for three years in Japan, both online and in the classroom. I took and passed three courses on i-to-i while teaching for the first time: 120-hour TEFL, one-to-one and online, and teaching business English. In hindsight, I really should have taken a course that included all three of them instead of taking them separately, but I keep coming back because it’s a good online TEFL course… and it will make you very angry. Why? Well… it’s really a love hate experience. Worst experiences first: I’m not gonna sugar coat it, the tutors are complete sticklers. They will grill you on any and everything that isn’t perfect in your assignment… or so it seems. They want to teach you and they can’t do that if you pass the assignment on the first submission. So try not to get upset if you get rejected or fail the first time you send it in for review. You may think your assignment meets all criteria but they will find something to prevent it from passing, ain’t no mistake about that. They just want to make you the best, which is honestly what any student would want their teacher to expect of them. This only becomes troublesome when they do it multiple times and then ask for a “re-submission fee” after your second attempt, which happened to me (20$). I sent them a very angry complaint listing all my grievances including the one where they switched tutors on me in between attempts at submitting my assignment, which resulted in brand new critique that wasn’t there before. Overall, the assignments can be frustrating if you are impatient or they decide to trade tutors and charge you for second and third attempts. Pay attention to all the assignment criteria to keep that from happening. One last negative note before getting on to the good stuff; the little mini quizzes at the end of each unit, suck. They are very frustrating because they focus on very specific information that either seems irrelevant or is just not emphasized enough throughout the unit for you to commit them to memory come quiz time. The moral of this story in this section is “take lots of notes”… you will need them because odds are you won’t remember the very specific “blink-and-you-might-miss-it” details that they will ask you for to completely catch you off guard. This becomes frustrating when those wrong answers prevent you from progressing because you didn’t score higher than 75% (on quizzes which sometimes only consist of four questions. Good luck going back through the unit to search for the needle in a hay stack of information). And finally, the best experiences. You are getting high quality lessons, there’s no doubt about that. The materials are all informative, engaging, cited, and well supported by plenty of examples and references. I really, REALLY enjoyed reading through the lessons, watching the videos, and browsing the sections on further reading. They also give you many useful resources to use for free, which comes in handy when you finally start teaching. Overall, yes, I would recommend this website because the lessons are top quality. and the tutors will challenge you to become better. The quizzes suck and the tutors can be absolute sticklers, but all their BS can be circumvented or tolerated if you prepare well, take notes, read the assignment criteria thoroughly (all of it), and try understanding that you are here to learn something, which means you may fail the first time, but you will get very useful feedback to help improve your skills as a teacher.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! Charged me for extension course which I didn't get access to. Customer service is a joke! Wasted hours of my time, and refused to let me speak to a manager and to refund me of a service that was never provided
