Customer service has been abysmal. Having made an order at the start of January and revising two consecutive emails saying the order is delayed for 10-12 working days - which is fine - I have since chased multiple times with slow response times. I understand orders can be delayed but I have now requested a refund 4 times and each time and met with a generic response that the order is going to be delivered imminently.
Seriously frustrating. Please refund me.
