The online ordering system did not make it clear when I placed my order that some items were out of stock. Only by phoning my local branch (who were very apologetic) after a week to enquire when my delivery would happen was I informed that items were out of stock and that it would probably be another 5 days before I received them. Three days on from my call and a week and a half after placing my order I am still awaiting my delivery.
