Ordering/ creating an account was straightforward and the products arrived within the specified timeframe. Products were as expected and the delivery driver was really helpful and polite.
The only criticism I would have is that there was no confirmation of delivery date at least 24 hours in advance, making it challenging to make arrangements for bulk items to be safely received.
