Really took time to ensure my needs were met. I am not a builder so trying to get down exactly what I was after took some thinking. When I asked about a certain issue a pragmatic solution was always offered.
They were very patient and a good team all around.
I was greeted in the car park by a friendly member of staff, directed to where I needed to be and dealt with professionally throughout. Very pleased overall.
