Customer service. I have had two lots (two pairs) of Venetian blinds in the past. They have been satisfactory for a while, but when I had a problem with the first pair, the said they were not repairable, so ordered some new ones. This was September 2021. Now I have a problem with one of these and when I rang to ask for a repair, I was told they were out of warranty and the did not send anyone out to repair. What a shocking state of affairs and what about saving the earth if things like this cannot be repaired after 3 years when the blinds are like new, looked after by owner. I am disgusted with the customer service of this firm.
