Terrible experience with Hilary’s blinds. We had three no shows and each time we waited in for the allotted timeframe that we’d been given.
Each time we call customer service they just give us a new date weeks ahead and so it’s been 6 weeks that we’ve been waiting just to get the blinds measured!
Stay away from this company - completely disorganised and no respect for anyone’s time.
