In terms of service, I have given Grisport a high rating even though my boots weren't satisfactory.
The boots arrived quickly and when I emailed with a complaint about lack of waterproofness they responded very promptly. The return process was made extremely easy which cannot be said of a lot of companies.
I am now waiting to see if the replacement pair arrive quickly and if they are waterproof !
