I contacted Grisport by phone before placing an order explaining I have slim feet and could they suggest some walking shoes, they were very helpful. I ordered 2 different pairs but unfortunately both were too wide. They appeared well made and good cushioning. The returns process was straightforward and I received an email when Ghisport received my returned boots.
