The engineer came out earlier in the year to replace a fan in our Neff oven. The oven shorted out with a bang last week. Neff have been out to fix this at a cost to us of over £200 the reason for the fault - The Glotech engineer had trapped one of the wires whilst fitting the fan causing it to short.
